- What happens once I order?

Upon placing an iGirl order a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This is automatic, and will include all the info you have provided for us to ship your order correctly. Please ensure your address is EXACT so that we can get the package to your doorstep! If, for some reason, the address on your order is incorrect contact us ASAP with the correction. This is super important as our orders are shipped within a 1-2 business day time frame. If you inform us about the address change after we have shipped your order, that is not our responsibility! Be precise bb’s!
Please note that iGirl has the right to cancel an order at any time due to: incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, inventory errors or suspicious activity. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund.
- When will my order ship out?

All orders will be shipped within 1 week of purchase; we do not ship on weekends! Once your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and a subsequent email with your tracking information. If you did not receive this email after one week, please feel free to contact us.
- Does iGirl ship internationally?

You’re in luck- iGirl ships worldwide! However we are not responsible in the case customs fees are charged by your home country as it is 100% out of our control!
- How much do I have to purchase for free shipping?

Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $75 and International orders over $175!
- What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted if the item is in the original condition. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and packaging included. Intimate items are final sale for hygienic reasons.
Full priced items purchased on igirlworld.com are eligible to be returned for store credit only under the criteria mentioned above. Sale items are final sale.If you have any additional issues with your purchase please email us at support@igirlworld.com!
- What happens if I place multiple orders?

Separate transactions placed in the same shipping cycle will not be combined.
For special shipping instructions or gift-wrapping requests, please email support@igirlworld.com immediately after purchasing.
Orders must be placed in the same transaction to qualify for discounted shipping. - Where is iGirl made?

All of our apparel pieces since 2022 are hand-made in small batches, right here in Los Angeles! Producing so close to our office allows us to ensure that our items are made at the highest ethical standard and reduces the environmental impact associated with worldwide shipping.
Our gloves, socks, and Fallon pieces were made in Turkey at a factory that is both Oeko-Tex and Sedex certified. This means that our pieces are produced at the highest ethical standards and contain no harmful chemicals.
All of our accessories are made in Hong Kong at a small, family run, Sedex certified factory. Sedex is an Ethical Trade Organization which guarantees the businesses are operating responsibly and sustainably! To read more about Sedex check the link below:

Our shipping mailers are made with 100% recycled paper and are printed with Algae Ink making them completely recyclable! Our poly mailers are also 100% recyclable, reusable, and made of recycled materials.
